Why roast our own coffee?

Coffee is a craft we've followed and practiced for over two decades.

Coffee has always been part of the culture at Edsbacka Rosteri. It creates moments between the work — conversations around the table, quiet mornings before a session, pauses during long creative days.

We roast in-house on our own machine, and serve a few favourite roasters from around the world alongside it
